Breathwork Meditation at Unplug Santa Monica

In this 45 minute Breathwork we will use an activating pranayama breathing technique to increase the energy in the body and use it to bring healing to yourself by clearing or reseting your nervous system. This ancient breathing technique helps the body illuminate patterns of tension or holding and gives a chance to practice dropping the mind into our body and heart to connect us to our deepest wisdom. We will climb the mountain of breath for about 25 minutes and then rest in our wholeness to integrate.
